Unfortunatelly. No. The way to cook rice depends on the type of rice. Whole grain rice needs more water and time to be cooked than white rice. Porridge rice ( or the pudding rice as some call it. ) also needs more liquid and time and way different method to be cooked properly. The white rice or instant rice tho... Cook it as you see fit. Won't make a difference really. Unless you a snobb chef who thinks their palette is something special.

They should bring the Spanish back to school curriculum. There's 6,000 Spanish words in the Philippine language. If those Spanish words are removed then you'd struggle to speak Tagalog properly. English, Tagalog and Spanish should be the official languages of the Philippines.
